NOVELTY - Production equipment of graphene heat sink comprises a stirring kettle (1), a pressing cover (2), a slitting knife die (3), a disc storage bucket hook (4), a cross steel shaft (5), a disc storage bucket, a heating device and a workbench. The stirring kettle, the pressing cover, the slitting knife die, and the disc storage bucket hook are respectively installed in the four directions of the cross steel shaft. The disc storage barrel includes a barrel wall and a base. The barrel wall and the base are detachably connected. A convex through-hole is provided in the center of the base. The height of the convex through-hole is consistent with the height of the barrel wall. The disc storage barrel is placed inside the heating device. USE - Used as production equipment of graphene heat sink. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of high energy consumption, time consumption, low productivity, repeated program causing the film surface of the heat sink, and uneven problem of needle hole shape caused by the coating device single layer coating for multiple times.
