NOVELTY - The heat discharging sheet (100) comprises a heat discharging layer (10) having a first surface (13) and a second surface (14), and comprising graphene (11) and metal particles (12), an adhesive layer (20) disposed on the first surface of the heat discharging layer, and a protective layer (30) disposed on the second surface of the heat discharging layer. The graphene has two-dimensional layered structure, and the metal particles are disposed between the layers of graphene. USE - Heat discharging sheet for discharging heat generated by heat source. Uses include but are not limited to driving unit, display panel of TV using flat panel display, lower buffer member of solar cell, and heat sink of light-emitting diode lighting device. ADVANTAGE - Effectively discharges heat generated by a heat source, such as a flat panel display, a solar cell and a light-emitting diode lighting device in lateral and vertical directions. Improves thermal conductivity in vertical direction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The metal particles comprise copper (Cu), silver (Ag), aluminum (Al), or gold (Au). The adhesive layer or protective layer comprises polymer material, or thermally conductive material which comprises copper (Cu), aluminum (AL), boron nitride (BN), aluminum nitride (AlN), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), magnesium oxide (MgO), or carbon nanotubes (CNTs).
