NOVELTY - Converting carbon nanotubes into graphene quantum sheets comprises (i) mixing carbon nanotubes and a grinding aid material to obtain a mixed crude product, and (ii) mixing mixed crude product with a preliminary dispersion solvent and ultrasonicating to obtain a graphene quantum sheet. USE - The graphene quantum sheet is useful for bioimaging, chemical imaging, sensing, optoelectronic devices, catalysis, and batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has wide source, high efficiency and environmental protection, simple operation and is economical. The sheet has high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene quantum sheet, comprising graphene quantum flakes.
