NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining air temperature of a bottom lower end a room by a temperature sensor when the air temperature in a bottom middle end the room is obtained as lower than a preset temperature value. Multiple grapheme heating films are started according to the air temperature of the bottom lower end of the room. Air temperature of the upper bottom end of the room is obtained by the temperature sensor when the air temperature in the bottom middle end of the room is obtained as higher than the preset temperature value. The grapheme heating films are reduced for starting according to the air temperature of the upper bottom end of the room. USE - Method for controlling a lower air outlet air conditioner (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing controlling different number of graphene heating films for heating to change air conditioner bottom air supply temperature by a lower air outlet air conditioner according to temperature change, and utilizing a radiation heat transfer mode to improve bottom temperature quickly and solving problem of cabinet air conditioner in low winter heating room bottom temperature.
