NOVELTY - Reinforced wear-resistant polyethylene (PE) water supply pipe includes inner layer, core layer, and outer layer, where inner layer is prepared from 92-96 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene functional masterbatch, and core layer is made of 100-120 pts. wt. polyethylene graft resin, and outer layer is prepared from 90-95 pts. wt. block copolymer polypropylene, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene functional masterbatch; and reinforced wear-resistant PE water supply pipe is prepared by adding each raw material of inner layer, core layer, and outer layer to three-layer co-extrusion mold, and co-extrusion outer layer treatment, at temperature of 190-220 degrees C compound extrusion molding under temperature conditions to obtain enhanced wear-resistant PE water supply pipe, after water cooling, two mounting motors of cleaning equipment are turned on and output shaft of mounting motor drives second screw to rotate and bar drives adjustment of distance between two mounting plates. USE - Reinforced wear-resistant polyethylene water supply pipe. ADVANTAGE - The reinforced wear-resistant polyethylene water supply pipe enables to improve abrasion resistance of water supply pipes and ability of pipes to resist external pressure, has high wear resistance and pressure resistance, where cleaning device removes moisture and stains on water-cooled water supply pipes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Reinforced wear-resistant polyethylene (PE) water supply pipe includes inner layer, core layer, and outer layer, where inner layer is prepared from 92-96 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene functional masterbatch, and core layer is made of 100-120 pts. wt. polyethylene graft resin, and outer layer is prepared from 90-95 pts. wt. block copolymer polypropylene, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene functional masterbatch; and reinforced wear-resistant PE water supply pipe is prepared by adding each raw material of inner layer, core layer, and outer layer to three-layer co-extrusion mold, and co-extrusion outer layer treatment, at temperature of 190-220 degrees C compound extrusion molding under temperature conditions to obtain enhanced wear-resistant PE water supply pipe, after water cooling, two mounting motors of cleaning equipment are turned on and output shaft of mounting motor drives second screw to rotate and bar drives adjustment of distance between two mounting plates; adjusting distance between two rotating wheels through two shaft seats; placing reinforced wear-resistant PE water supply pipe on four rotating wheels; turning on lifting motor (26), where output shaft of lifting motor which drives fourth lead screw to rotate, and fourth lead screw drives lifting bar (27) up and down; adjusting height of lifting bar, and turn on conveying motor, where output shaft of conveying motor drives first screw to rotate, first screw drives adjusting seat (3) to move horizontally, and adjusting seat drives reinforced wear-resistant PE water supply pipe from inlet and outlet in cleroom (1); entering lifting bar in inner cavity of reinforced wear-resistant PE water supply pipe, where four guide cylinders are opened, piston rod of guide cylinder pushes movable block, and movable block drives two rotating rods which are rotated, and two mounting shells move in opposite direction; contacting two inner cleaning rollers on two mounting shells with upper and lower inner walls of supply pipe on both sides, turning on fixed motor, where output shaft of fixed motor drives third lead screw to rotate, and third lead screw drives two connecting arms (15) to move in opposite directions or opposite directions, opening two telescopic cylinder, piston rod of telescopic cylinder drives two lifting rods down through lifting plate, and two lifting rods drive outer shell through two connecting seats descend, outer cleaning roller on outer shell (20) which contacts outer wall of supply pipe, and drive motor is turned on, then output shaft of drive motor drives rotating wheel to rotate, and rotating wheel drive enhanced supply pipe to rotate, inner cleaning roller rotates and cleans inner wall of enhanced wear-resistant PE water supply pipe, and outer cleaning roller rotates and cleans and dry outer wall of water supply pipe, and electric heating wire dries inner wall of supply pipe.
