NOVELTY - The board has a circuit pattern formed in a base substrate i.e. polyimide film, and a graphene film provided at a side of the base substrate. An electric component is electrically connected with the circuit pattern, and a protective layer is formed on the circuit pattern and provided with a solder resist layer. Another graphene film is placed in the solder resist layer, and another solder resist layer covers the latter graphene film. Adhesive is filled between a concavo-convex part and the former graphene film. USE - Flexible printed circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The graphene films are arranged on the board, thus preventing damage in the electric component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The electric component is an integrated chip (IC), drive IC, LED, resistance unit, transistor element, regulator device, diode element or switch element.
