NOVELTY - Electrostatic assembled graphene oxide/silica reinforced natural rubber composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 0-13 pts. wt. rubber additives, and 0.5-30 pts. wt. electrostatically assembled graphene/silicon dioxide composite filler, where the electrostatic assembly of graphene oxide/silica composite filler is modified by silane coupling agent KH550 modified silicon dioxide, the surface of the silicon dioxide is connected with amino, the amino is protonated, and then it is mixed with the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, modifying the hydrogen bond and electrostatic interaction between hydroxy and ammonia positive ions on the surface of the silicon dioxide and a large amount of oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of the graphene oxide, so as to obtain the graphene oxide/silicon dioxide composite filler assembled by electrostatic. USE - The electrostatic assembling graphene oxide/silicon dioxide reinforced natural rubber composite material is useful in green tire manufacturing process, good rebound resilience, insulation, water and plasticity.
