▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - An irradiation crosslinked aluminum-plastic tube of graphene and polyethylene composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. toughness modifier, 1-900 pts. wt. solvent, 0.1-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 8-30 pts. wt. halogen-free flame retardant, and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. surface treatment agent. USE - Irradiation crosslinked aluminum-plastic tube. ADVANTAGE - The irradiation crosslinked aluminum-plastic tube has excellent impact strength and impact resistance, and improved interface bonding force between polyethylene and graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the radiation crosslinked aluminum-plastic pipe of graphene and polyethylene composite material, which involves preparing a dispersion liquid by adding a surface treatment agent to the solution, stirring evenly, adding graphene and stirring to obtain a graphene dispersion, adding the graphene dispersion to the blender, and adding toughening modifiers, antioxidants and halogen-free flame retardants to the graphene dispersion, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding high-density polyethylene until it is evenly mixed, adding the mixed materials into the screw rod extruder, mixing and dispersing the raw materials through the extruder, and then discharging the extruder, vacuum sizing the materials and spray-cooling, and then subjecting to radiation crosslinking modification.
