▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a polyaniline/capacitor carbon-based composite material involves (i) adding a carbon material to an alcohol-water solution, uniformly dispersing, reacting at 120-200 degrees C for 5-240 minutes under hydrothermal condition, cooling to normal temperature after the reaction, centrifuging and drying to obtain a composite carbon-based material precursor, where the carbon material is graphene, carbon tube or activated carbon, (ii) sequentially adding the composite carbon-based material precursor and aniline to an acid solution to perform ultrasonic stirring and dispersion to form a uniformly dispersed mixed acid solution, (iii) dissolving peroxidant in an acid solution and uniformly stirring to obtain a peroxidant acid solution, (iv) rapidly pouring the peroxidant acid solution at room temperature into the mixed acid solution and stirring to perform a polymerization reaction and (v) obtaining a mixed solution and sequentially performing centrifugation, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing a polyaniline/capacitor carbon-based composite material used in a supercapacitor (claimed) as a positive electrode material or a negative electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts a one-step in-situ doping polymerization method, simple preparation method, requires no external dispersant or surfactant, shortens process and reduces cost. The composite material combines the characteristics of capacitor carbon and polyaniline, extends the conditions that polyaniline can be used under positive potential acidic conditions to be used under negative potential (-1 to 0V) and alkaline (potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide) conditions and exhibits high capacity performance (greater than 350 F/g) and excellent rate characteristics and cycle stability (the capacity retention rate of 8000 cycles of the material at 4 A/g current density is still above 80%). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the composite material prepared by the method.
