▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/non-woven fabric composite membrane preparing method involves vacuum drying graphite oxide, adding anhydrous ethanol and sonicating to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, vacuum drying a non-woven fabric film, dipping in anhydrous ethanol, immersing in aldehyde crosslinking agent aqueous solution and drying at 40-60 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain a pre-treated non-woven fabric film. The pre-treated non-woven fabric film is immersed in graphene oxide dispersion at room temperature for 2-3 hours and vacuum dried at 60-80 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide/non-woven fabric composite membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene oxide/non-woven fabric composite membrane with better hydrophilicity and permeability, strong anti-pollution ability, prolonged service life and improved mechanical performance, in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide/non-woven fabric composite membrane preparing method involves vacuum drying graphite oxide, adding anhydrous ethanol and sonicating at room temperature for 4-6 hours to obtain 0.05-2.0 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion, vacuum drying a non-woven fabric film, dipping in anhydrous ethanol at room temperature for 10-12 hours, immersing in 15-30 mass% aldehyde crosslinking agent aqueous solution at room temperature for 4-8 hours and drying at constant temperature of 40-60 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain a pre-treated non-woven fabric film. The pre-treated non-woven fabric film is immersed in graphene oxide dispersion at room temperature for 2-3 hours and vacuum dried at 60-80 degrees C for 10-12 hours to obtain the finished product.
