NOVELTY - Producing coating agent, comprises (a) preparing a graphite interlayer material through electrochemical pretreatment of graphite; (b) preparing an exfoliated graphite material through primary exfoliation by treating the prepared graphite interlayer material with high-temperature plasma; (c) preparing a graphene composite through secondary exfoliation of the exfoliated graphite material; (d) preparing a dispersed graphene solution by dissolving the prepared graphene composite to disperse; and (e) mixing a carbon nanotube dispersion with the dispersed graphene solution. USE - The coating agent is useful for devices, machinery, manufacturing, and construction fields. ADVANTAGE - The coating agent has excellent adhesion, surface hardness, and strength; exhibits long-term antistatic, antifouling, antibacterial, water repellent, UV and infrared ray blocking performance; and can be quickly dried to reduce working time.
