▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermal spray-coating of metal on base material involves preparing a base material of carbon material, grinding the prepared surface of base material with abrasive paper or spirally processing it with a lathe for increasing surface roughness, and forming metal coating layer by spray coating a metal on the surface of the processed base material, and preheating base material at 60 degrees C before thermal spray coating. The metal coating layer is formed by spraying molten metal using thermal spray coating device with distance between the base material and the nozzle is 260-270 mm at 20-30 degrees C. The metal is copper or a copper alloy. The base material of the carbon material comprises 80-97 wt.% graphite, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 1-5 wt.% carbon fibers, and 1-10 wt.% binder. The base material has surface roughness of 1.0-8.0 mu m. USE - Thermal spray-coating of metal on base material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables thermal spray-coating of lightweight metal on base material having excellent durability and bonding strength, and suppressed generation of crack and deformation.
