NOVELTY - The detector has a measuring electrode (7) connected with a constant electric current supply electrode (8). A lower surface of a base (1) is arranged with a gate (2) and formed with an insulation buffering layer (3). The base is connected with a drain electrode (5) that is equipped with a source electrode, where the drain electrode is a strip-shaped structure. A detecting layer (6) is arranged with the insulation buffering layer that is formed with the measuring electrode. A constant electric current supply electrode cathode (82) is arranged with a measuring electrode cathode (72). USE - Graphene field effect based X radiation and charged particle detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector has high energy resolution ratio.
