▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-lignin two-dimensional composite material involves dissolving graphene and dopamine in tris(carboxymethyl)aminomethane-hydrochloric acid buffer, stirring and centrifuging to obtain dopamine-modified graphene, adding hydroxyl surface-modified lignin to the aqueous solution of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and stirring to react, adding aqueous solution of N-hydroxysuccinimide, stirring, centrifuging, and drying. The dopamine-modified graphene and the surface activated lignin are dispersed in tris (carboxymethyl) aminomethane-hydrochloric acid buffer, stirred and centrifuged to obtain graphene-lignin two-dimensional composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-lignin two-dimensional composite material used in the adsorption and separation of metal ions, separation and purification of proteins and polypeptides containing His-Tags groups (all claimed).
