NOVELTY - The method involves preparing or paving a film body for manufacturing a film. The film body is transmitted to a stamping station. Nano-hole embossing process is performed by using an embossing device. The embossing device is formed with a nano-hole, where the nano-hole extends into a portion of thickness of the film body, a stamping device is provided with a the nano-hole. A predetermined array arrangement of a stamping element is determined. The embossing element is configured to a protruding structure array on a stamping die. The film body is imprinted with the nano-hole by using a light emitting device or a heating device to perform a light chemical reaction or a thermal chemical reaction to form desired mechanical strength of the film body, where the film body is one of a polyimide film body, a strip resin film body, a poly dimethyl siloxane film body and a graphene film body. USE - Method for manufacturing a nano-porous film (claimed), to be used in a mask or protective clothing, an air purifying device, a purifying and filtering device of water or oil, a filtering device of hemodialysis instrument, a lithium battery, and/or a reverse osmosis film of sea water desalination.
