NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped porous silicon graphene composite material involves mixing the porous silicon ball, graphene oxide, melamine and the first solvent, carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain intermediate product A, calcining the intermediate product A under the inert atmosphere to obtain the nitrogen-doped porous silicon graphene composite material. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped porous silicon graphene composite material used as the cathode material of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Conductivity and charge-discharge rate of the lithium battery are higher, and the electrochemical performance of the battery is better, especially capacity is larger and cycle stability is better.
