NOVELTY - A porous graphene is prepared by carrying out high temperature heat treatment to graphite oxide precursor in muffle furnace, ultrasonically dispersing in alcohol for 20-120 minutes to obtain black suspension liquid, washing with ethanol, filtering, and vacuum drying at 20-80 degrees C for 12-48 hours. USE - Preparation of porous graphene for aluminum-air cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Preparation of graphene is simple and reduces manufacturing cost, prepared graphene has excellent performance and improves catalytic effect of battery, and prepared aluminum-air cell has improved stability and high constant current discharge-voltage platform ratio. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of aluminum-air cell which involves mixing acetylene black as conductive agent and PTFE as binder, roll pressing in both sides of nickel foam to obtain thin film roll, sintering at high temperature to obtain air electrode diffusion layer placing 10-50 mg graphene catalyst in small beaker, adding 0.1-1 g N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-120 minutes, adding 0.05-0.5 g polyvinylidene fluoride adhesive, magnetically stirring for 5-20 hours, uniformly coating catalyst paste on 1 side of diffusion layer, marking catalyst layer, putting in vacuum oven at 25-80 degrees C for 10-48 hours to dry, taking out, placing electrode sheet in pressing machine at 2-10 MPa for 2-10 minutes to obtain working electrode.
