NOVELTY - High performance rubber conveying belt covering glue comprises 100 pts. wt. latex, 0.1-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.1-30 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 0.1-30 pts. wt. activator, 0.1-10 pts. wt. accelerant, 0.1-10 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.1-90 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 0.1-10 pts. wt. surfactant USE - Used as high performance rubber conveying belt covering glue. ADVANTAGE - The rubber conveying glue: is compounded with the core layer glue and the framework material, vulcanizing and forming, the obtained conveying belt tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness and wearing performance are good, and avoids the traditional rubber conveying belt production, high temperature banburying, milling and calendaring to the rubber molecular chain, thus improve the mechanical property of the rubber conveying belt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber conveying belt covering glue, comprising adding above each component; (ii) adding the surfactant into the water, fully stirring and dissolving, adding rubber reinforcing agent, vulcanizing auxiliary agent and other auxiliary agent, stirring and dispersing into slurry, introducing into grinder to grind and adding thickening agent to obtain the dispersion; and (iii) adding the dispersion into the rubber latex, stirring at normal temperature, coating the mixed latex mixed solution on the drying track, drying and dehydrating by a dryer to obtain sheet-shaped covering rubber.
