▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene laminate comprises: forming graphene (30) on a graphitization catalyst film; coating a surface of a substrate (10) with a binder layer (20) composition; contacting the binder layer composition and the graphene; curing the binder layer composition to form a binder layer; and removing the graphitization catalyst film to prepare the graphene laminate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene laminate (claimed) which is used in a transparent electrode, an electrical device, display devices including a field emission display, a LCD or an organic light emitting device, electric devices including a super-capacitor, a fuel cell or a solar cell, or nanodevices including a FET or a memory device, a hydrogen storage device, or an optical fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method: strongly binds graphene to the substrate; allows graphene to transferred from one substrate to another, thus reducing or eliminating defects on the graphene; and provides the large-sized graphene laminate.
