NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene kaolin composite nanometer rubber filler involves crushing kaolin ore materials into particles having size of 1-100 microns, stripping the kaolin particles by chemical intercalation method to form nanoscale kaolin, performing composite ball milling such that the particle size of the kaolin is uniform, performing surface modification on kaolin using coupling agent, dispersing graphite oxide into deionized water to prepare graphene dispersion liquid, adding surface-modified kaolin, ultrasonicating and spray-drying. USE - Preparation of graphene kaolin composite nanometer rubber filler for rubber product. ADVANTAGE - The graphene kaolin composite nanometer rubber filler is economically produced by simple method. The filler has excellent conductivity and rub resistance, and provides rubber product having excellent elasticity, flexural resistance, breakage elongation and antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene kaolin composite nanometer rubber filler involves crushing kaolin ore materials into particles having size of 1-100 microns at speed of 100-1000 rpm for 30-600 minutes, stripping the kaolin particles by chemical intercalation method to form nanoscale kaolin, performing composite ball milling such that the particle size of the kaolin is uniform, performing surface modification on kaolin using 0.01-40 %mass coupling agent, dispersing graphite oxide into deionized water to prepare graphene dispersion liquid, adding surface-modified kaolin to dispersion liquid, ultrasonicating at 10-10000 rpm for 10-1000 minutes, and spray-drying.
