NOVELTY - Low pressure variable acrylate rubber product material comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylate rubber, 60-80 pts. wt. carbon black, 5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-1.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 5-8 pts. wt. hindered amine polyborosiloxane, 0.5-1 pts. wt. hexamethylene diamine carbamate, 1-1.5 pt. wt. accelerator Vulcofac-ACT-55 (Blend of 70% methacrylic ester and 30% silicon dioxide), 5-15 pts. wt. trioctyl trimellitate and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. processing aid STRUKTOL-WB 222 (Blend of high molecular weight, aliphatic fatty acid esters and condensation products), where the modified graphene is prepared by dispersing sulfur-loaded graphene in deionized water, adding a mixed solution of cyano-based surface treatment agents after ultrasonication, heating up to 75-80℃, stirring and reacting for 6-10 hours, completing the reaction, allowing to stand for 20-30 hours, washing and drying to obtain final product. USE - Used as low pressure variable acrylate rubber product material. ADVANTAGE - The low pressure variable acrylate rubber product material: contains modified graphene and hindered amine polyborosiloxane as raw material, thus to endow the acrylate rubber product with good low pressure change performance, aging resistance and oil resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing low pressure variable acrylate rubber product material, comprising (1) introducing all raw materials into the internal mixer, and carrying out internal mixing to obtain synthetic rubber; (2) rolling the synthetic rubber and forming at 60-70℃ through an open mill, and then introducing into a mold in a vulcanization equipment for vulcanization to obtain a crude product; (3) trimming the crude product, and then baking at 175℃ for 4 hours to obtain final product.
