NOVELTY - A continuous microwave reaction device comprises a reaction system comprising multistage reaction unit; a microwave heating system (1) comprising a multistage microwave heating unit, and is configured for heating the reaction slurry in the reaction uni; a slurry conveying system (4) configured for conveying the reaction slurry to the reaction system; a temperature measuring system (3) configured for detecting the reaction temperature slurry in each section of the reaction unit; and control system (5) configured for controlling the slurry conveying flow of the slurry conveying system, controlling the reaction temperature slurry in each section of reaction unit, controlling the output power of each stage of the microwave heating unit. USE - Continuous microwave reaction device ADVANTAGE - The device ensures the uniformity and catalytic activity of the catalyst, and achieves high production efficiency suitable for large-scale production.
