NOVELTY - A graphene-reinforced with long-period containing magnesium-based composite material comprises 0.3-9 wt.% yttrium, 1-3 wt.% zinc, 0.2-2 wt.% calcium, 0.2-1 wt.% zirconium, 0.2-0.8 wt.% antimony, and magnesium. The mass ratio of graphene and magnesium powder is 1:3-5. USE - A graphene-reinforced with long-period containing magnesium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-reinforced with long-period containing magnesium-based composite material includes magnesium alloy matrix dispersed relatively uniformly with graphene magnesium alloy matrix, and is prepared using simple and inexpensive method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the graphene-reinforced with long-period containing magnesium-based composite material, comprising preparing magnesium-yttrium-zinc-calcium-zirconium-antimony magnesium alloy; smelting under vacuum condition at 600-680 degrees C for 30-70 minutes, superheating, and atomizing; preparing magnesium alloy sheet; drying powder in a vacuum heat treatment furnace; uniformly dispersing the dried powder between two magnesium alloy sheets, rolling, and extruding; and carrying out heat treatment by aging at 200-300 degrees C for 2-10 hours, and aging at 100-200 degrees C for 16-36 hours.
