NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly iron red primer comprises 30-40 wt.% high solid low viscosity modified resin, 5-10 wt.% anticorrosive resin, 0.5-1.5 wt.% graphene slurry, 20-25 wt.% antirust pigment, 10-20 wt.% filler, 1-3 wt.% auxiliary agent and 5-15 wt.% solvent. USE - The environmentally friendly iron red primer is useful for building machinery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The primer has low volatile organic compounds (VOC) content, meets the environmental protection requirements, and has fast drying, good fullness, and high brightness during construction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing environmentally friendly iron red primer for building machinery, comprising (i) adding high-solid low-viscosity modified resin, anti-corrosion resin, antirust pigment, filler, part of dispersant, and part of preservative respectively into coating mixing tank for mixing and stirring, adding part of the solvent for stirring and dispersing until the materials is uniformly mixed, (ii) grinding the material through grinder to a fineness of not greater than 35 um, (iii) dispersing and mixing the finely qualified materials using dispersing machine, simultaneously adding graphene slurry, leveling agent and remaining dispersant and preservative until the materials is uniformly mixed, (iv) adding remaining solvent to adjust the viscosity to the eligibility requirements, where the viscosity requirements is 73-77 seconds/coated-4 cups, and (v) filtering and packing.
