NOVELTY - Preparing monolayer graphene comprises mixing graphite, hydrogen peroxide and water and carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing monolayer graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation process, cheaply available raw materials; and is environmentally friendly.
