▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Catalyst includes first component and second component, where first component includes nano-zero-valent iron, powdered activated carbon and graphene in mass ratio of 10:2-3:0.02-0.05. The second component includes copper nitrate, and mass ratio of copper nitrate to graphene of first component is 4:0.5-1. USE - Catalyst used for treatment of refractory wastewater in device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst enables to solve difficult-to-degrade wastewater, and improves preparation method of catalyst, where solid fine particles of raw materials are reasonably matched to effectively improve uniformity of mixing, which is performance of catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing catalyst, which involves preparing nano-zero-valent iron; mixing nano-zero-valent iron, activated powdered carbon, and graphene according to mass ratio to obtain first component; placing copper nitrate into first component according to mass ratio, and adding catalytic hydrogen peroxide, and catalytic persulfate to obtain catalyst; and (2) a device for preparing catalyst for treatment of refractory wastewater, which includes hybrid structure, composite structure, and discharge structure, where hybrid structure, which is set on upper side of composite structure, and communicates with composite structure; composite structure, which is set on upper side of discharge structure, and communicates with composite structure; discharge structure, which is in communication, and mixing structure, which includes inlet, dispersing valve, and mixing cavity; dispersing valve, which is arranged on lower side of inlet, and is rotatably connected with inlet; mixing cavity, which is arranged on lower side of dispersing valve, and communicates with inlet through dispersing valve; dispersing valve, which includes valve leaf provided with multiple through holes, rotating shaft, and inclined pipe, where rotating shaft, which is connected to inclined tube, which is rotatably connected, and arranged inside inclined tube; valve leaf, which is arranged around rotation shaft, and multiple through holes penetrate valve leaf in thickness direction of valve leaf, and are all arranged in inside valve leaf; and inclined pipe communicates with inlet, and mixing cavity.
