▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing chiral metal-organic framework (MOF) nanofiber-graphene hybrid material involves mixing e.g. graphene oxide, and water, performing ultrasonic reaction to obtain aqueous solution of graphene oxide-Cu(II), dissolving L-aspartate, water and sodium hydroxide to obtain aqueous solution of L-aspartate, adding prepared aqueous solution of L-aspartate to prepared aqueous solution of graphene oxide-Cu(II), reacting, subjecting the reaction mixture to suction filtration, washing the precipitate with water and ethanol, and then drying precipitate. USE - The method is useful for preparing chiral MOF nanofiber-graphene hybrid material which is used in electrochemical sensing detection of D-(+)-histidine and L-(-)-histidine enantiomer (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing chiral metal-organic framework (MOF) nanofiber-graphene hybrid material involves uniformly mixing 0.08-0.12 g graphene oxide, 0.3-0.7 g copper nitrate and 70-90 ml water, performing ultrasonic reaction at room temperature for 5-10 minutes until the components are completely dissolved to obtain aqueous solution of graphene oxide-Cu(II), dissolving 0.45-0.65 g L-aspartate, 15-25 ml water and 0.20-0.26 g sodium hydroxide to obtain aqueous solution of L-aspartate, adding prepared aqueous solution of L-aspartate to the prepared aqueous solution of graphene oxide-Cu(II), uniformly stirring, reacting at room temperature for 1 hour, subjecting the reaction mixture to suction filtration, precipitating, washing the precipitate with water and ethanol thrice, and then drying precipitate at 60 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of chiral MOF nanofiber-graphene hybrid material in electrochemical sensing detection of enantiomer.
