NOVELTY - A superlattice structural component has alternate lamination of a reduced graphene oxide nanosheet and a double-hydroxide nanosheet containing bivalent ion of metal (M1) chosen from cobalt, iron, nickel, manganese, copper and zinc, and trivalent ion of metal (M2) chosen from aluminum, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel and gallium, and has interlayer distance of 0.8-1.3 nm. USE - Superlattice structural component used as electrode material for pseudo-capacity capacitor, super capacitor, fuel cell, solar cell and lithium ion secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The superlattice structural component has high capacity and charge transport efficiency and excellent electrochemical characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of superlattice structural component, which involves mixing cationic solution obtained by dispersing double hydroxide nanosheet into aprotic polar solvent (S1), and anionic solution obtained by dispersing reduced graphene oxide nanosheet into mixture of aprotic polar solvent (S2) and water.
