NOVELTY - Method for preparing self-lubricating graphene-metal base composite material involves (a) performing surface micro-texture treatment on a metal base plate to obtain a pre-treated substrate, (b) synthesizing carbon fiber/graphene oxide powder, and (c) hot-pressing and sintering the carbon fiber /graphen oxide powder and the pre-processed substrate to obtain the final product. USE - Method for preparing self-lubricating graphene-metal base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The self-lubricating graphene-metal base composite material has excellent lubricating effect, and prevents graphene oxide peeling under the action of external high shear force, caused by the failure of the material. The graphene oxide powder of the carbon fiber layer is thermally pressed on the surface of the micro-texture aluminum substrate, thus solving the problem that the graphene is uniformly distributed on the metal surface and the graphene layer can be rapidly stripped under action of continuous shearing force. The use time of the lubricating material is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a self-lubricating graphene-metal matrix composite material prepared by the preparation method.
