NOVELTY - A graphene composite comprises an anion amphiphilic surfactant having hydrophilic and lipophilic characteristics, graphene formed by reducing or peeling of carbon compound chosen from expanded graphite, graphite and graphene oxide, and cationic polymer including alkylamine, obtained by polymerizing cationic monomer containing nitrogen atom(s). USE - Graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite has excellent dispersibility and electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene composite.
