NOVELTY - A graphene-based flexible-enhanced Raman substrate comprises a single layer of graphene, where the graphene layer with a thickness of 1-100 nm is provided with metal plating layer, polymer is coated on the metal plating layer, the metal plating layer comprises multiple island-shaped particles, the size of the particle is 10-1000 nm, and the interval among the particles is 2-500 nm. USE - Graphene-based flexible-enhanced Raman substrate. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based flexible-enhanced Raman substrate can be prepared with effectively expanding the shell layer of the nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy in Raman quantitive analysis field.
