▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A preparation method of low-conductivity graphene-modified epoxy coating comprises (S1) using Diels-Alder reaction to functionalize graphene with furoic acid to obtain functionalized graphene, (S2) mixing and reacting the functionalized graphene, amino silicone oil and epoxy resin to obtain a low-conductivity graphene-epoxy resin mixture, and (S3) mixing the low-conductivity graphene-epoxy resin mixture and a curing agent uniformly to obtain the low-conductivity graphene-modified epoxy coating. USE - The method is used for preparing low-conductivity graphene-modified epoxy coating, which is used for coating on the surface of the metal material to form a low-conductivity graphene-modified epoxy coating(all claimed) and used in anti-corrosion coating of aluminum alloy, and other metal materials. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the dispersibility of the graphene in the epoxy coating and improves the performance of the anti-corrosion coating, uses the addition of large π bonds and the low conductivity of silicone oil to play a synergistic effect, the conductivity of graphene fillers can be significantly reduced, aviods localized corrosion, and improves the anti-corrosion performance of the coating. The coating has excellent anti-corrosion performance, and the invention can not only be applied to the anti-corrosion coating of aluminum alloy, but also can be widely used in the anti-corrosion coating of other metal materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a low-conductivity graphene-modified epoxy coating obtained by the above method.
