NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity and high stability hydrogen storage alloy bed comprises 77.5-97.5 parts mass hydrogen storage alloy powder, 0.5-5 parts mass adhesive, 0.2-1 part mass wetting agent and 1-20 parts mass heat conducting agent. USE - The hydrogen storage alloy bed is used for hydrogen storage tank and hydrogen storage medium of solid hydrogen storage mode, where hydrogen is clean, zero discharge, high heat value, various sources, and considered to be the ultimate choice of future energy system. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogen storage alloy bed has high heat conductivity and high stability for hydrogen storage tank. It has very low mass loss, good shape, can reduce the stress concentration caused by powder accumulation and low hydrogen permeability problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for preparing the high thermal conductivity and high stability hydrogen storage alloy bed comprising (a) adding hydrogen storage alloy powder, heat conducting agent, wetting agent and adhesive in sequence and stirring to mix, (b) molding the mixed system and demolding to obtain a hydrogen storage alloy block in a wet state, and (c) drying the hydrogen storage alloy block obtained in a wet state under vacuum conditions to obtain a hydrogen storage alloy bed.
