▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for producing nitrogen-doped graphene nanocomposite material by microwave application, involves preparing raw material mixture by uniformly mixing commercial graphene oxide with ethanol as reducing agent and ammonia or urea as nitrogen precursor, and subjecting obtained mixture to 800 W microwave field at 60-80 degrees C to produce nitrogen-doped graphene nanocomposite material having highest nitrogen doping concentration of 2.84%, when ammonia solution is used as precursor of nitrogen, or highest nitrogen doping concentration of 1.3%, when urea solution is used as precursor of nitrogen. USE - The nanocomposite material is used for producing electrode and components of various electrochemical device. ADVANTAGE - The method is fast, effective and economical and produces material in a single reaction step, and the prepared nanocomposite material has excellent electrochemical stability.
