NOVELTY - The graphene heating film has a heat film housing (1), an insulation layer (2), a temperature control probe (3), and a temperature controller (4). The heat film housing is a bare film made by drying the graphene aqueous conductive paste coated on the non-woven substrate. The conductive strips are respectively mounted on two sides of the bare film in the longitudinal direction. The upper and lower surfaces of the heating film housing are an insulating layer which is a solidified layer of a mixture of a silica gel emulsion and a curing agent. The heat-generating film housing is integrated with the upper and lower insulating layers by a solidified structure between the upper and lower insulating layers. USE - Graphene heating film. ADVANTAGE - The heating film is free from organic solvent volatilization and zero VOC emission, and has high flexibility, fast temperature rise, controllable temperature, uniform heat dissipation, high safety, high energy saving effect and environmental protection. The preparation method enables characteristics of simple operation flow and large-scale production.
