▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of superhydrophobic porous material, which involves: i. mixing silicone rubber, inhibitor, thixotropic agent, porogen and nano-carbon material to obtain three-dimensional (3D) printing ink; ii. using 3D printing ink obtained in the step 1 to prepare materials with different topological structures through straight-book 3D printing; iii. drying the material obtained in the step 2 and curing; iv. soaking material obtained in the step 3 in water to remove the porogen; and iv. performing drying treatment. USE - Preparation method of superhydrophobic porous material for oil-water separation used under light conditions (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - Porous material has a large and ordered open pore structure, realizes rapid separation of oil and water, and realizes rapid separation of oil-water emulsion under illumination, the preparation method is simple, easy to control and convenient to popularize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for material prepared by the method for preparing a superhydrophobic porous material for oil-water separation.
