NOVELTY - Antibacterial thermal fiber comprises 80-150 pts. wt. methimazole, 5-10 pts. wt. protein fiber, 0.1-0.5 pts.wt. multilayer graphene oxide, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. slow-release silver particles. The slow-release silver particles include 70-80 wt.% nano silver, and 20-30 wt.% film-forming cellulose. USE - Used as antibacterial thermal fiber. ADVANTAGE - The core-spun yarn fabric has high bacteriostasis rate, lasting bacteriostasis effect and good warmth retention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing the antibacterial thermal fiber, comprising (i) ultrasonically dissolving slow-release silver particles and multi-layer graphene oxide in a graphene oxide-soluble solvent, and volatilizing the solvent is to obtain antibacterial graphene; (ii) mixing methimazole and protein fibers in water and ultrasonically preparing modified fibers; and (iii) mixing modified fiber, antibacterial graphene and water with ultrasonic waves, and evaporating water at high temperature; and a core-spun yarn fabric, comprising an animal fibre and the antibacterial warm-keeping fiber, where the antibacterial warm-keeping fibre is core yarn, and the outer cotton is animal fiber.
