▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - A copper foil substrate is ultrasonically cleaned with acetic acid and acetone and pre-annealed. The copper foil substrate is pre-oxidized and subjected to chemical vapor deposition and cooled, to obtain dendritic monocrystalline graphene. USE - Preparation of dendritic monocrystalline graphene used for optical component, microwave diode and sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of dendritic monocrystalline graphene with high reproducibility by simple and economical method.
