▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The airflow sensor (50) has a flexible housing (2) that is provided to bend due to airflow. A first graphene layer (3) is provided on the flexible housing. The first graphene layer is equipped with a control unit (5). The control unit is porous and is provided so as to bend together with the flexible housing, and the control unit is provided so as to detect an airflow based on a change in the conductivity of the first graphene layer. A support member supports the flexible housing. A parylene resin layer (7) is provided on the first graphene layer. USE - Airflow sensor for use in flight vehicle such as drone, model airplane, model helicopter, small flying object e.g. bird robot, glider and flying object e.g. hot balloon. ADVANTAGE - The direction and the strength of the airflow received by the flexible body can be detected by monitoring the change in the conductivity of the first graphene layer by using the control part. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the airflow sensor.
