NOVELTY - Manufacture of composite resin molded product involves melt-kneading thermoplastic resin and carbon material having graphene structure at a temperature beyond melting point of thermoplastic resin such that the total amount of shearing strains is 140000 or more with shear rate of less than 80 second-1, and molding the melted-kneaded material. USE - Manufacture of composite resin molded product (claimed) e.g. sheet. ADVANTAGE - The composite resin molded product is manufactured efficiently with excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength.
