▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-coated aluminum oxide involves dispersing graphene in solvent (A), adding aluminum alkoxide solution obtained by mixing aluminum alkoxide as an aluminum oxide precursor in solvent (B), aging at room temperature, filtering the resultant colloidal solution, drying and heating at 400-1300 degrees C in an electric furnace. The aluminum alkoxide is 1-6C alkoxide. USE - Manufacture of graphene-coated aluminum oxide used for thermally-conductive nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-coated aluminum oxide having excellent electroconductivity, by economical process. The thermally-conductive nanocomposite obtained using the graphene-coated aluminum oxide has excellent heat-dissipation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for thermally-conductive nanocomposite, which contains 0.1-40 pts. wt. graphene-coated aluminum oxide with respect to 100 pts. wt. matrix material.
