NOVELTY - Corrosion resistant powdered coating comprises 8-9 pts. wt. palygorskite, 0.16-0.2 pts. wt. aluminum zirconium coupling agent, 0.5-0.6 pts. wt. organic silicone flatting agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 8-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. glue powder, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. octadecenedioic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. dibutyl sebacate, 4-5 pts. wt. dicyandiamide curing agent, 90-100 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 6-8 pts. wt. phenolic aldehyde resin, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. calcium chloride, 15-18 pts. wt. chitosan and 4-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Corrosion resistant powdered coating for pipeline (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The corrosion resistant powdered coating is cost-effective and prolongs use life of pipeline.
