NOVELTY - A graphene modified lithium iron phosphate material is prepared by taking graphene and surfactant, adding solvent, dispersing, obtaining graphene dispersion, taking lithium source compound, iron salt compound and phosphonium salt compound, forming solution, adding graphene dispersion, reacting, adjusting pH value, raising temperature, stirring, reacting, filtering, adding carbon source, ball milling, and sintering under nitrogen, argon and other inert gas protection. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified lithium iron phosphate material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has improved cycle stability and electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene modified lithium iron phosphate material is prepared by taking graphene and 1-10 wt.% surfactant, adding solvent, dispersing for 3-20 hours, obtaining graphene dispersion, taking lithium source compound, iron salt compound and phosphonium salt compound, forming solution, adding graphene dispersion, reacting at 40-60 degrees C, adjusting pH value to 6-10, raising temperature to 80-90 degrees C, stirring for 1-5 hours, reacting for 2-48 hours at 120-200 degrees C, filtering, adding carbon source, ball milling for 2-10 hours at rate of 100-500 revolutions/minute at 30-50 degrees C, and sintering at 450-850 degrees C for 1-15 hours under nitrogen, argon and other inert gas protection.
