NOVELTY - Production of graphene oxide ring component involves mixing graphene oxide-containing solution and dispersing agent and forming graphene oxide dispersion solution, reducing graphene oxide by adding halogen element-containing reducing agent and mixing reducing agent containing weak acid to graphene oxide dispersion solution. USE - Production of reduced graphene oxide used for forming grapheme film (claimed) for electric component. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides reduced graphene oxide having high dispersibility with respect to water and organic solvent. The electric components manufactured using the reduced grapheme oxide has high conductivity.
