▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high thermal conductivity graphene plate is prepared by dissolving 2-12 wt.% graphene oxide powder in aqueous carbon nanotube slurry comprising 0.1-1 wt.% carbon nanotube and 0.1-2 wt.% chopped carbon fiber, adding 0.2-1 wt.% reducing agent, stirring, controlling slurry temperature below 25 degrees C through water cooling, eliminating air bubbles, forming, drying, performing high-temperature heat treatment graphitization, compacting, and machining to prepare graphene-based composite fuel cell bipolar plate with thickness of 0.3-5 mm and thermal conductivity of 500 W/(mK). USE - The method for preparing high thermal conductivity graphene plate. ADVANTAGE - The graphite-based composite fuel cell bipolar plate has thickness of 0.3-5 mm and thermal conductivity of 500 W/(mK).
