▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a graphene oxide film by applying dispersion liquid in which graphene oxide is dispersed to a substrate (102) and removing a dispersion medium from the dispersion liquid, where the graphene oxide film comprises first and second regions. A graphene film (111) is formed by irradiating light such as laser light and UV light, to the first region to reduce the first region. The second region is removed by water washing by providing ultrasonic irradiation or high-pressure water flushing. USE - Method for forming a graphene film on an element of a touch panel of an electronic device (all claimed) e.g. mobile computer, portable image regenerating device, TV device, portable game machine, digital camera, portable game machine, portable TV receiver, wrist-watch-type information terminal, and digital signage. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preventing local temperature rise in a touch panel by using metal material and alloy material that easily conduct heat to a sealing substrate. The method enables reducing delay of signal transmission for detection by a touch sensor while maintaining aperture ratio of a pixel when an auxiliary electrode of the graphene film is overlapped with a light-blocking film. The method enables preventing electrostatic discharge damage caused by rubbing treatment defects without requiring an alignment film to be provided and rubbing treatment, thus reducing damage of an LCD in manufacturing process.
