▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device (1100) has a memory (1130) and a processor (1120) to receive electronic information about a graphene structure. The processor determines an entanglement of optical and microwave fields for a particular waveguide length based on the electronic information, and determines a distance between different parts of the graphene structure, where the processor determines a pump intensity value associated with the amount of voltage. The graphene structure is pumped by an optical pump, where an upper sideband and a lower sideband are generated at particular frequencies based on a spin-perpendicular-to-plane (SPP) mode. USE - Device, such as a laptop, desktop, tablet, smartphone for facilitating entanglement of optical and microwave fields for a particular waveguide length. ADVANTAGE - Achieves a wide band entanglement of microwave and optical fields with a large tunability.
