NOVELTY - Preparing composite conductive emulsion comprises (a) mixing conductive material and deionized water, dispersant, adding coupling agent, adding first emulsified electrolyte to pre-emulsify, then adding mercaptan, first reaction monomer, unsaturated carboxylic acid and unsaturated carboxylate ester, filling inert gas, vacuumizing, repeatedly replacing for 2-4 times, adding second reaction monomers, raising the temperature to 35-45℃, adding initiator, starting reaction to form the aggregate solution, (b) when the particle size of the latex in the polymerized latex is 0.8-1.2 times the particle size of the conductive material in the conductive latex, adding conductive liquid, where the adding amount is 5-100% of the aggregate of the latex solution, and (c) adding second reactant and initiator and continue to react, and stopping the reaction of target solid content. USE - Preparation method of composite conductive emulsion used for impregnated glove (claimed) used in mobile phone. Can also be used in personal digital assistant (PDA). ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite conductive emulsion has excellent dispersion performance, good stability, and good conductivity.
