▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 100 pts. polyvinyl chloride resin, 5-20 pts. acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, 2-10 pts. compatibilizer, 0.5-2 pts. carbon nanotube, 0.5-2 pts. graphene, 2-6 pts. heat stabilizer, 1-2 pts. lubricant and 2-10 pts. processing auxiliary agent. USE - The composite material is useful in coal mine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has a flame-retardant and antistatic property, tensile strength of not less than 39 MPa, notched impact strength of not less than 16 kJ/m2, plasticizing torque of less than 37 N.m, and a surface resistance value of not greater than 1x 106 Omega (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material, comprising: (a) mixing the carbon nanotube with a mixture of graphene and polyvinyl chloride resin in a ratio of 1:20, then grinding via solid-phase grinding mill to obtain electric conductive filler/polyvinyl chloride composite powder material; (b) adding the filler/polyvinyl chloride composite powder material and remaining raw materials into a high speed mixer and mixing for 12-15 minutes to obtain a compound; and (c) extruding the complex mixture via conical type twin-screw extruder by setting extrusion granulating temperature.
