NOVELTY - A high purity dust-proof rubber composition comprises 50-100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 20-60 pts. wt. fluororubber, 10-20 pts. wt. cellulose, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 15-20 pts. wt. silica fine powder, 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 3-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. antioxidant and 10-20 pts. wt. reinforcing agent. USE - High purity dust-proof rubber composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high purity dust-proof rubber composition has high temperature resistance and increased aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of high purity dust-proof rubber composition, which involves mixing fluororubber, calcium carbonate, cellulose, microsilica, graphene, antioxidant, reinforcing agent, vulcanizing agent and silane coupling agent, kneading the resulting mixture twice, leaving still for 15 hours, subjecting the treated mixture to two-stage vulcanization treatment, curing at 1150 degrees C for 20 minutes and curing again at 160 degrees C for 6 hours.
